At TWC GYM our challenge is to keep the kid active and love the fitness activities which are being imparted with a mix of fun filled programs. Through our unique programs and conducive learning environment we prepare the kids to face the adventures of the life. We give children a safe and inspiring space to direct their energy, build confidence, and develop key skills.
Kids of all age group can join our program. We have sessions for kids aging from 4 till 12. The games and exercise are developed and classified according to their age group.

The functional training program is typically a health and strength development program which your kids require to sustain the regular activities of their schedules. This program focuses on the overall growth and muscle development of the child.

Dance fitness classes are a fun filled and energy booster program which the kids enjoy to a next level. Dance cardio is a fast and high intensity programs. It also serves as a refreshing activity for the kids.
We cater to all type of age groups and our trained coaches take care of the kids and train as per the age requirement of the child. Batches and groups are made as per the age requirement.
Power Yoga Classes
Power yoga is the advanced version of traditional yoga. It helps and caters to muscle building and strength development. Power yoga and traditional yoga have benefits like building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, flexibility, healthier body.
Our trained coaches will guide the kids and cater to them as per the age requirement.
