Functional Training- The Ultimate strength development and workout plan
The functional training program is typically a health and strength development program which your kids require to sustain the regular activities of their schedules. This program focuses on the overall growth and muscle development of the child.
Kids of all age group can join our program. We have sessions for kids aging from 4 till 12. The games and exercise are developed and classified according to their age group.
We cater to all type of age groups and our trained coaches take care of the kids and train as per the age requirement of the child.
