One of the key aspect for athletic performance is proper nutrition and in regard of same we associate and develop our own In-house Nutrition Program. It is a well-designed nutrition plan that allows active adults and athletes to perform at their best. It supplies the right food type, energy, nutrients, and fluids to keep the body well hydrated and functioning at peak levels. A sports nutrition diet may vary day to day, depending on specific energy demands.

education, training and supervision at the utmost level.
The program focusses on catering the needs of the School as desired and work on the requirements placed mutually. With the growing curiosity for Skating in kids Schools are running separate batches for Skating and TWC Academy helps deliver the knowledge and help the players showcase and utilize the potential.

Physiotherapists are experts at dealing with sports injuries, as this is the most common way in which they work with our athletes. A physiotherapist can diagnose sports injuries, offer a collaborative consultation and prescribe a course of action that will usually include a variety of exercises. In addition to above they help speed up healing and to guide
champs and their parents the best method.
